Workshops on novel analytical strategies:
3rd European workshop on ambient mass spectrometry in food and natural products
The mission of this workshop is to introduce to all laboratories concerned with food analysis challenging innovations in ambient mass spectrometry-based measurements and bring together all current and future users.
The workshop will focus practical application strategies documented on real-life matrices / case studies, employing a range of MS-based instrumental platforms.
